Service Learning Initiative.Acworth Expanding Horizons emphasizes community service and servant leadership. Students are encouraged to participate in at least three community service acts per semester.

Established in 2006The City of Acworth and local partners saw the need for a program that would provide unique learning opportunities and mentorship through educational field trips, recreational activities, and volunteer work. These aspects of the program are the foundation for Acworth Expanding Horizons.
Our GoalOur goal is to provide Acworth's youth with opportunities and experiences that would ultimately produce future leaders who contribute to the good, not only in Acworth, but throughout the world. |
